Orders usually take up to 3 days to process. For next‑day service we aim for a 24‑hour turnaround. Made‑to‑order items take 7–10 days before shipping. Message us with any questions — we reply promptly.

United Kingdom

Tracked 48, delivered within 2-3 days .- £3.55

Tracked 24, usually delivered the within 1-2 days. - £4.50

Next Day Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm - high level insurance. - £8.75

International Options

We currently offer EU shipping to a small selection of countries. - from £8.65 to a max of £12

United States orders- Tracked. - £15.00

Orders shipped to the United States are sent using standard international delivery (DDU). This means local import duties, taxes or handling fees may be applied by U.S. customs on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Tracked to Australia, Canada, Taiwan, S Korea, Singapore - £16.50

UAE -Courier from £40 or International tracked post £15.80

Returns

Please note that should the need to cancel your order arise for any reason, we kindly ask you to contact us at hello@deborahveitch.com as soon as possible.

It is important to remember that if the cancellation is made outside of the specified 14-day period, a refund will not be issued. Thank you for your understanding. If your item has been delivered, please return it in the original packaging right away and securely. Make sure to get proof of postage from the post office; items lost or stolen without this proof will not be refunded. Your refund will be processed immediately once we receive the returned goods, and you will receive an email notification about the refund.

Please note importantly you have a time limit of 14 days maximum to get the oder back to us.
